Vegan Bites: Matcha Cheesecake


Matcha Cheesecake
Base
~2/3c coconut
~2/3c sesame seed
~10 Medjool dates
~1/4t salt
Blend and press into pan
3/4c coconut milk
~6T maple syrup
~1/2t salt
~1T matcha powder
~1 1/2c soaked cashews
Blend, Pour onto base and freeze.
