Vegan Bites: Chana Masala

If you like spice, you can kick this up a notch with cayenne and jalapeno.
Otherwise, omit the above mentioned and keep it family friendly.

Chana Masala
~diced onion
~4-5 cloves garlic
~knob ginger
~ 2t each garam masala, cumin seed
~1/2t each salt, tumeric, coriander
~1c tomato
~1/2c coconut milk
~2c cooked chickpea
Saute veg and spices.
Add tomato, milk and chickpea's.
Simmer for 20 mins.
Serve with basmati, chopped onion and fresh cilantro.
