Vegan Bites: Sunshine Crackers

The lovely Laura of 'The First Mess' has cookbooks worth having on your shelf, dog-eared all over..
So many do-able recipes.

Her recipe for 'Sunshine Crackers' uses chickpea flour (hooray for extra protein!) tumeric and seeds for a power punch of nutrients. The wee ones like to have their own dough balls to roll and cut (mostly to eat raw) but the chickpea flour raw is not completely recommended. Very bitter!

We subbed coconut oil instead of sunflower oil and needed nearly another 1/4cup of water than called for to get the dough into good form.
