Vegan Bites: Carrot Cumin Firecrackers



'It's not easy being Three'

Carrot Cumin FireCrackers (based on the recipe by Sarah Britton)
~2T chia
~1T each golden & brown flax
~12T water
Mix and allow to sit.
~3c oats, processed
~1T cumin seed
~pinch saffron
~1/2t paprika
~1t salt
~3T coconut oil
Process well.
~1c carrot, grated (include skin of zucchini)
Mix all ingredients together.
Roll thin and cut as desired.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
