Vegan Bites: No Cone (Ginger) Sno Cones


We've attempted loads of sno-eating concoctions, but never Ginger Sno Cones!
Thanks to Molly Yeh, we treated ourselves to Sno Cones and Taiwanese Ice straight up in the snow!

Ginger Syrup
~1 pound fresh ginger, sliced
~1-2c honey
~2c water
Boil. Simmer for 10 minutes. Remove ginger, coat in sugar and dry in dehydrator for Candied Ginger.
Bottle liquid for syrup!

Molly's book is nowhere near a vegan cookbook, but she has some fresh idea's that could be vegan-ized!
Like Chocolate Cake with Rosemary Buttercream Frosting!! Yum!
