Vegan Bites: Bean & Kale Soup

Bean & Kale Soup
~large clove garlic, minced
~1 bay leaf
~sprig of rosemary
~2 cups navy beans
~2 cups chopped kale
~5 cups broth
Saute garlic, bay leaf, rosemary and kale lightly.
Add 1 cup beans, mashed.
Add broth and remaining beans.
Simmer until veg is soft.
