Vegan Bites: Granola & Chocolate Chia Pudding


Granola
~3c oats
~2c coconut
~1c sesame seed
~1/2c each sunflower, pumpkin
~2T each chia, hemp, flaxseeds
Combine dry.
~2 bags chai tea (we used one ginger, one vanilla)
~2T maple syrup
~1/4c tahini
~2T coconut oil
Pour 1/2c boiling water over tea. Steep 5 mins and discard bags. Stir in remaining and mix into dry.
Bake 350 for 30-40 mins, stirring to prevent burning.

Chocolate Chia Pudding
~1/3c chia seed
~2T carob
~2T maple syrup
~1T protein powder
~1c rice milk
Shake in mason jar and place in fridge overnight.
Layer with granola and berries.
