Vegan Bites: Balance Bowls for Breakfast

Breakfast Balance

Fresh-picked arugula, rustic cargo rice, earthy beet salad & baked sweet potatoes.
Balance bowls are a healthy helping of seasons and colours. 

Following the theory of yin and yang, they should contain both acid and alkaline foods; greens, grains, vegetable, protein and dressings.
