Vegan Bites: Wrap & Roll Sushi Bar

Our DIY Sushi Breakfast Bar, falls under the categories of raw, gluten-free and nutrient-packed.
Even more is eaten, when babes get to build their own.
We used both sunflower and hemp seeds for our paste, but other seed paste's have proven to be just as tasty.
Pumpkin Seed Pesto
Sunflower Seed Pesto (version 1)

Wrap & Roll

Spicy Sunflower Pesto
~3/4c sunflower seed, soaked 6 hours

~2T tahini
~1/2 t miso/salt
~1/2 lemon, juiced
~1t fresh ginger juice

~1t dill

~1/2t cumin, paprika, fresh garlic

~1/4c grated carrot,

~1/4c hemp seed

~1/4c cilantro

Process well to roll in nori sheets.
For garnish, may roll in julienned veggie and pea shoots along edge.
