Vegan Bites: Chocolate Crunch Bars

Our 'Pi Day' (3.14) activities fell through the cracks, so instead we whipped up these easy Chocolate Crunch Bars and cut them into 'pie's'!
Which has absolutely nothing to do with Pi Day except the play on words.

These have surprisingly few ingredients, a small amount of maple syrup for sweetness and take only a few minutes prep time. Carob is chocked full of nutrients but definitely has a stronger flavour than cocoa.
That didn't stop the taste-testers!
The tiny slices of 'pie' were eaten up so quickly, we had to make a second batch!
