Vegan Bites: Pumpkin Ice Cream


After several weeks of licking icing, we decided it was time for some Clean-Eating!
Using some pureed squash, banana's and a hint of maple syrup, we transformed frozen leftovers into ice cream!
For once, I actually followed the recipe!

Three bowlfuls later, O convinced me that this is worth making again!
I wouldn't profess it tastes like ice cream, but it is definitely yummy and the colour is amazing!!
